What we need
The ad should be delivered in one HTML file. The HTML needs to be responsive and must have two states handled by CSS. A “large state” (100% wide by 400 pixels high) and a “small state” (100% wide by 100 pixels high). By default, the ad will display in the “large state”. All “small state” classes must be handled with a “.small” class preceding any CSS modifications that need to be made. This “.small” class will be added by olr.com to the main container when a user scrolls down.

These ads support all HTML including js and video (video no longer than 30s).

These should be provided in a zip file that must be less than 1MB in size.
