A. Virtually anyone. If you have an active listing in OLR or just want to solicit the residents of a particular building, you can log into OLR either as a Subscriber or as a Guest and take full advantage of the utility of this product. You do not have to be an OLR client to use Web2Print.

A. You can print Postcards of various sizes and Showsheets with Web2Print.

A. This really depends on what you order and your time frame of choice. Postcards sent to a Building are mailed via the USPS First Class Mail. First-Class Mail® has an estimated delivery in 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.

Standard Delivery Orders received by 4PM will be delivered in 4 to 5 business days.
Standard Delivery Orders received after 4PM will be delivered in 5 to 6 business days

A.Web2Print prices are very competitive with the pricing obtained by the largest brokerage firms in the city. Our prices start from as little as $0.50 cents per postcard and $1.42 per showsheet.

A. Web2Print meets industry standards and provides a high level card stock for both its postcard and showsheets. The postcards are 120 lb card stock with a UV coating on the card's front side. The show sheets are produced on a 120 lb Cover (Heavy Paper) card stock. Can't fold this up and stick it in your pocket.

A. As in any print job, you need to provide a high quality LOGO and Photos. It is best to provide us with a high quality LOGO prior to your first order and we can adapt it to any future orders. The LOGO should be a 300 DPI hi-res JPEG or PNG file. The LOGO and any additional media can easily be uploaded from the Web2Print interface when designing your product template.

A. Yes, anyone with an OLR account can design and process a Web2Print order. If you have a designer, then you would have to provide temporary access to your OLR account.

A. Simple. Give us a few designs for postcards and showsheets or work with one of our designers and we will create a range of template products for your agents.
